Once upon a time there were two baby mice, Pik and Tik, who lived alongside a beautiful rooster with a clear voice. The mice sang, danced and played all day. The rooster woke everyone up with his resounding crowing and got to work. One day, while sweeping the ground, he found an ear of wheat and called Pik and Tik to tell them how to thresh it for grain. But neither Pik nor Tik wanted to do it...
